SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy Wheels, Wheelsets & Parts
Within the Netherlands, Etappe Cycling aims for a delivery time of approximately 3 to 8 business days for wheels and wheelsets that need to be built, depending on the availability of the necessary parts in the workshop. Delivery times may be slightly longer around the holidays.
Shipments to other countries within the EU usually have 1 to 2 days longer delivery time, depending on the accessibility of the delivery address.
Please inquire about delivery time to countries outside the EU.
Wheels and wheel sets delivered from the Hasselt workshop are carefully packed and shipped by courier services such as DHL, DPD, and PostNL.
For the status of your shipment, please consult the Track & Trace number you received by email after the shipment was posted.
RETURN POLICY
Wheels & Wheelset Return Policy
There is a 14-day cooling-off period after purchase. Products can be returned within that period, with shipping costs being borne by the buyer.
Wheels may not be used in a bicycle if the return is registered on the basis of using the cooling-off period.
An exception to the return policy applies to products that are specifically made to measure. Therefore, a custom-made product cannot be returned without prior consultation.
All our products, except those described above, are covered by a two-year warranty. Damage due to improper use or foreseeable wear and tear is not covered by this warranty and will therefore not be compensated.
Products returned under warranty will be replaced by an equivalent product or the amount paid will be refunded to the consumer.
Return Policy Terrano LLC (Terrano Q)
For Terrano LLC products, such as the Terrano Q, the warranty terms and conditions apply as described on the manufacturer's website, https://www.terranosystems.eu/terms-2/
The product must be returned to Terrano's warehouse within 30 business days of issuing the RMA. The customer must have Terrano authorize the return by contacting support@ https://www.terranosystems.eu . Correspondence can also be handled through Etappe Cycling. All products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that came with the product. Used products cannot be returned for a refund.
